The cultivation on the private farm is conducted in the most original way, abiding by the natural law and ecology principle, keeping an ecological balance during the cultivation. All fertilizers, pesticides, genetically modified seeds and other synthetic chemicals are prohibited at the source of production, keeping you far away from the troubles of the hormones and pesticide residue and guaranteeing healthy vegetables at the source. Meanwhile, the biological control and artificial prevention are used during the period of cultivation and management to reduce the occurrence of disease and pest so as to guarantee healthy, safe and fresh vegetables and fruit.  

3. High-definition video monitoring, online and offline real-time interaction

The farm can be displayed in an all-round way on The Farmer Park website through the 360° spherical panoramic real-time transmission technology; in addition, dozens of high-power cameras rotating 360° are placed in the private farm, so that the owner can monitor vegetables in his/her whole private farm through the video by logging in The Farmer Park website and entering his/her membership number and password on the computer/mobile phone, then give commands and instructions for irrigation, fertilization (with organic fertilizer), scarification or catching insects. Upon receiving the order, the backstage staff will send a worksheet to the plantation manager to carry out tasks, and then reply the results to the owner. In addition, the owner can also weed, fertilize, water, and pick vegetables in the farmland personally on weekends.

The private farm is next to the “Simple and Unadorned Xintian” agricultural culture park, enabling urban children can enjoy the traditional rural entertainment and appreciate the long-standing agricultural culture of the Central Plains. It borders on the “Romantic Flower Field” viewing area to the south, creating a flower sea and romantic environment. The farming and harvest squares are built inside the Park, and a variety of activities are held. On holidays, you can come with your wife and children to take a good relax and let your children enjoy a rich pastoral life.

Price List

The rental for the 30 m2 land for farming purpose is RMB 2,300 Yuan per year; the rental for the 60 m2 land for farming purpose is RMB 4,500 Yuan per year.

The custody fee of the 30 m2 land for farming purpose is RMB 1,800 Yuan per year; the custody fee of the 60 m2 land for farming purpose is RMB 3,500 Yuan per year.

1. Party A shall assume all expenses for renting and using the agricultural supplies including seeds, seedlings and organic fertilizer, etc. and agricultural equipment including the shovel, hoe, water pipes, etc.;

2. After ploughing, Party A shall manage the planting, watering, pruning, framework building, vine tying, pest control, harvesting, etc. The yield of farming land during the trust period shall belong to Party B;

3. When vegetables grow mature in the rented land for farming purpose, the customer may personally pick or entrust Party A to pick the vegetables, and the harvested vegetables shall be handled by customers voluntarily.

4. Party A shall not compensate for any damages to the crops caused by non-human causes (such as heavy rain, hail, flood and other extreme weather) of the Farmer Park during the land custody period.

The customer can enjoy the following preferential policies if signing the contract in the spring:：

1. The rental and custody fee for 30 m2 land for farming purpose shall refer to:

RMB 300 Yuan discounted for signing a one-year land tenancy contract for farming purpose; RMB 200 Yuan discounted for signing a one-year land custody contract for farming purpose;

2. The rental and custody fee for 60 m2 land for farming purpose shall refer to:

RMB 500 Yuan discounted for signing a one-year land tenancy contract for farming purpose; RMB 200 Yuan discounted for singing a one-year land custody contract for farming purpose;

3. Single-crop seeds or seedlings (varieties and quantity shall be based on the Notice of The Farmer Park) provided for free to be used in the spring of 2017;

4. An exquisite gift will be given to those who sign the contract on site subject to a limited quantity.
